Yemeni envoy visits family of martyr General Soleimani

Yemen's ambassador to Tehran paid a visit to the home and family of the assassinated IRGC Commander of Quds Force martyr Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani on Monday.

Iran PressIran news: Ibrahim Mohamed al-Dailami offered deepest condolences of the Leader of Yemen's Ansarullah Movement Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi, and President of Yemen's Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat over the assassination of the martyr Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani to his family. 

Yemen's ambassador to Tehran said: "The Yemeni nation emphasized the need for solidarity in the fight against Zionist-American plots in their marches after the assassination of Lieutenant General Soleimani." 

The family of martyr Soleimani wished victory and dignity for the Yemeni government and people. 

Earlier, the Leader of Yemen's Ansarullah Movement noted that the United States would soon regret its terrorist act of assassinating General Soleimani, and said: "The incident will further consolidate the resistance in the region."

The Commander of Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) GeneralSoleimani, who had traveled to Iraq on the official invitation of the Iraqi officials, was assassinated by the US air-raid in Baghdad on January 3, along with his companions.

Thousands of Yemeni people have been demonstrating in various areas of Yemen in recent weeks, including Sana'a, Sa'dah and al-Hudaydah, in condemnation of the US crime.
