Iran, Pakistan continue to confer on border issues for second day

The 23rd meeting of the Iran-Pakistan Joint Border Commission has begun in Quetta with officials from the two countries.

Iran Press/Asia: On the second day of the meeting, Iranian and Pakistani officials discussed border issues, including counterterrorism, drug trafficking, human trafficking, fuel trafficking, organized crimes, and destructive activities.

Creating sustainable employment, establishing security in the border areas of Iran and Pakistan, preventing air and ground violations, addressing the transit problems of drivers, and resolving the problems of Pakistani pilgrims entering Iran were other topics discussed by Iranian and Pakistani officials.
