Iran's Judiciary spokesman said on Tuesday that the rioters and the peaceful protesters over gas price hike are not in the same boat.

Iran PressIran news: Gholamhossein Esmaeili in a weekly news conference on Tuesday emphasized that over the recent unrest, the rioters were completely different from those who just raised their voice peacefully against the gas price hike and the judiciary system differentiate between them with the rioters and vandals who demolished public properties and set them into fire and robbed the supermarkets, Iran Press reported.

Easmaili explained further that the rioters and foreign instigating groups were prosecuted and identified. The prosecution and following the cases are under investigation. In Tehran, some 300 people have been arrested in this regard.
