Iran's Leader receives a group of Iraqis who render services to Arbaeen pilgrims during the world's largest annual public gathering that is held every year in Iraq.

Iran Press/Iran news: Ayatollah Khamenei thanked the sincere Iraqi people and officials who dedicate themselves to serving the pilgrims during Arbaeen, praising his Iraqi guests for their compassion and love of Imam Hussain (PBUH) in welcoming and hosting the pilgrims on the path of Arbaeen march which is unique throughout history.

"Arbaeen million march is truly a matchless event not just in the contemporary era, but also throughout history and it is held every year more enthusiastically than before. This global movement has increasingly introduced Imam Hussain (PBUH) to the world," Ayatollah Khamenei said speaking at the meeting.

The Supreme Leader defined the message of Imam Hussain as a message that can save the world and exclaimed that the Arbaeen movement is spreading this message and should be fortified day after day.

Ayatollah Khamenei declared that Imam Hussain belongs to the whole of humanity and cannot be exclusively attributed to one sect or denomination, stressing that: "Shias, Sunnis and all the people are under the patronage of Imam Hussain. Even non-Muslims take part in this massive march, and the phenomenon will continue to grow."

Iran's Leader stressed that every Muslim’s goal should be to found an Islamic civilization, adding that Islamic nations have great capacities, which if exploited, the Islamic Ummah can reach an apex. "Founding the Islamic civilization is our ultimate goal," Ayatollah Khamenei stressed.

Expressing hopes for the future of the great Iraqi nation, Iran's Supreme Leader asserted that: "If the capacity of Islamic countries is integrated; if Iran, Iraq, and other West Asian and North African countries come together and join hands, then the Islamic Ummah will show to the societies around the world what Islamic dignity means. Arbaeen march can be a means to this end. Let’s enhance strong ties between Muslim brothers." 101/218
