The Canadian state approved a human rights resolution against Iran in an annual attempt as it formed the session in the Third Committee of the UN General Assembly.

Iran Press/America: The anti-Iranian resolution won just 77 votes in favor; 28 states opposed the resolution, 66 announced abstention, and 22 states were absent.

On November 15, 2023, the anti-Iranian resolution was approved by 80 votes in favor in the third committee of the UN General Assembly, 29 countries voted against it resolution and 65 countries abstained; there again the number of those in favor was less than the number of votes that the members voted against and abstained from the resolution.

The politicized resolution was first discussed in the meeting of the Third Committee of the UN General Assembly regarding the agenda of human rights status and special rapporteurs.

The Canadian state was the only country that banned the ballot boxes of the 2024 Iranian presidential elections on June 28 and January 5 for the Iranians living in Canada.

The so-called "land of justice" kept silent as the Daesh (ISIS) terrorist group attacked the Shahcheragh shrine in Shiraz, southern Iran, and killed 15 people and 30 others injured; or when the US-backed terrorist group exploded bombe near Lt. Gen. Soleimani's Tomb which left at least 103 killed and 211 injured.
