Iran Press/ Iran news: In an interview with Iran Press News, Shahriar Heydari said: "Iraq has experienced many insecurities over the past 15 years and now has reached relative stability."
He added that tensions between the administration and other centers of decision-making in Iraq are one of the new issues and that all groups are protesting against the results of the parliamentary elections and have almost reached a consensus in this regard.
Heydari elsewhere noted: "There is now tension between the Iraqi groups and the administration and the assassination of Iraqi PM aims to create a gap between Mustafa al-Kazemi and the revolutionary currents."
The MP stressed that the Iraqi people and administration must be vigilant regarding the situation, which requires paying attention to restore security and reaching consensus more than anything else, and this is a necessity.
The member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the parliament added: "The assassination of Mustafa Al-Kazemi should be investigated from different dimensions, but what is clear is the goal behind sowing discord in the current situation among political groups and Al-Kazemi's administration so that the administration does not become stable. We have the same situation in Lebanon, and foreign powers like France, the United States, or the Israeli regime are the roots of all problems in this country."
