Iran Press/ Iran news: In a congratulation message on Iran’s Army Day to Major General Seyyed Abdolrahim Mousavi, chief commander Iran's Army, Saeed Namaki described the Army Day as a symbol for respecting heroes of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army.
“The presence of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army beside Iran’s 'Health Defenders' in fighting with coronavirus is a landmark effort that will be remembered forever,” he underlined.
April 17 in the Iranian calendar, the "Army Day" has been named at the initiative of the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran Imam Khomeini.
