A statement issued by the participants in the 2019 International Quds Day rallies and marches emphasises the full support of the Iranian people for the Palestinian cause, slams the Trump administration's 'Deal of the Century'.

Iran Press/Iran news: The  statement also condemns upcoming Zionist-American summit to be held in Manama, Bahrain in late June.

Releasing the final statement, the participants in the International Quds Day 2019 rallies which were held on Friday 31 May in Tehran voiced their full support for the Islamic Resistance Front and seriously opposing the US plans, plots and schemes which have been prepared against Islamic countries.

The statement also lambasted efforts by heads of some Arab regimes to normalise relations with the Zionist regime and condemned a so-called economic summit to be held in Manama, Bahrain, and organised by Zionist regime and United States.

According to an Iran Press report, the statement also declares Iran's full support for the Palestinian Great March of Return, declares Iran's strong protest over the silence of the international community vis-a-vis Israeli genocide and crimes against humanity in the Gaza strip and the occupied West Bank, as well as Zionist attempts to destroy the real identity and history of Palestine through Judaization of the occupied territories.

The statement also says the only way to solve the Palestinian issue would be through continuation of Intifada and resistance, with no compromise, negotiations or surrender to the Zionist regime.

The statement also calls for the return of Palestinian refugees to their homeland, holding an inclusive referendum for all the Palestinians,  so that the Palestinians could decide freely the future of their land.

The statement also calls for realization of  "All Palestine for all Palestinians" and "Palestine from the River Jordan to the Mediterranean Sea." The participants also condemned America's illegal abrogation of the Iran nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) as well as imposition of illegal unilateral sanctions against Iran and branding of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) as a foreign terrorist organization by the United States.

They also called for the reinforcement of the military and police forces of Iran in the defence field including the strengthening of Iran's missile program and advancement of peaceful civilian nuclear industry.

The people of Iran held 'International Quds Day' demonstrations and rallies simultaneously all across the country in more than 950 towns and cities. The demonstrations and marches in support of Palestine also took place across the Muslim world and in many non-Muslim countries. 213/211/203
