Tehran (IP) - The leader of Tehran's Friday Prayers advised the European countries not to tie their nations' interests to the unstable regime of Israel.

Iran PressIran News: Mohammad-Hassan Abutorabi-Fard said on Friday Prayers' sermons: "Every political analyst today knows very well that the Zionist regime will not exist soon, and that European countries should not tie the interests to a regime that has lost its stability because it is a strategic mistake."

Abutorabi-Fard said the European nations' interests were tied with those of the Asian countries, especially the southwest of Asia, noting: "If it were not for the political and scientific capacity and power of the resistance groups, Europe would have been subjected to severe insecurity; it was the resistance that suppressed ISIS."

Elsewhere, he referred to the meeting of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, with the scientific elites and his emphasis on the technological development of the country.

"Iran can only become more powerful by acquiring science, and Iran must become a scientific base for the world," he added.
