Iran Press/ Iran news: Arash gas field is one of the gas fields located in the north of the Persian Gulf. Saudi Arabia and Kuwait claim that it is located in their neutral zone, while Iran states its sovereignty over the northern part of the field.
The Spokesman of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacted on Wednesday to a statement issued during the Kuwaiti Emir's visit to Bahrain about the Arash field in which it is stated that Iran believes the agreement on the issue is available through cooperation and mutual respect for common interests.
Certainly, making unilateral claims in media and various statements cannot be considered a constructive step to solve the dispute, stressed Nasser Kanaani while highlighting the principle of good neighborliness. 219
