"We reiterate our call for the full, effective, and non-discriminatory implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention and the upholding of the OPCW's authority, and we stand ready to actively and constructively contribute to that end, Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations, Zahra Ershadi said at Monday's Security Council meeting on Syria.
