Permanent Representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations in a letter to Antonio Guterres said that Ukraine's proposal for UN experts to inspect the parts of the crashed drones and to link it with the implementation of Security Council Resolution 2231 regarding the Iran nuclear agreement lacks any legal basis in the framework of the said resolution.
