Iran Press/ West Asia: Israeli forces’ violations against the health sector resulted in the deaths of 238 medical personnel since the war began and the destruction of 56 ambulances, 56 medical facilities were destroyed, and 20 hospitals are out of service.
Israeli forces are still detaining 35 medical personnel, specifically the director-general of al-Shifa Hospital Mohammed Abu Salmiya, under very harsh conditions, including physical abuse.
al-Qudra called on the United Nations and the World Health Organization to pressure the release of medical teams from Israel.
The spokesperson also called for full-fledged makeshift hospitals to reach all parts of the Gaza Strip.
He says hospitals are flooded with an influx of dead bodies.
