Lebanon's president has said that all the possible causes in Beirut will be examined either by the negligence or interference of a foreign country.

Iran PressMiddle East: In a press conference held via a video on Friday, Michel Aoun stressed that justice must be practiced over the case of Beirut's explosion as soon as possible.

Noting that all Lebanese are angry over the incident, Aoun said that the courts are open to all Lebanese people.

"The explosion of Beirut's port broke the siege of Lebanon and the reconstruction process will begin as soon as possible," he noted.

A powerful explosion took place on August 4 at warehouse No. 12 in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, causing extensive financial and human losses.

The blast has so far killed more than 150 people and injured over 5,000, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health.   221/ 207
