Iran Press/Middle East: Secretary-General of the Lebanese political party Hezbollah Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah in his televised speech described the Beirut blast as a humanitarian crisis.
Nasrallah expressed sympathy with the families of the victims and others who have suffered from the blast in Beirut.
He said that what attracted attention after the incident was the solidarity and collective cooperation, from the call to collect aid to the messages of sympathy and solidarity in spite of all the crises in Lebanon.
Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said that the tragedy of the Beirut explosion is a very big and dangerous catastrophe and will have social, health, and economic consequences for Lebanon.
A powerful explosion took place on August 4 at warehouse No. 12 in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, causing extensive financial and human losses.
The blast has so far killed more than 150 people and injured about 5,000, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
