The Jordanian government spokesman said the Israeli regime would never be at peace if it sought to occupy and dominate new territories in the West Bank.

Iran PressMiddle East: Jordan's Information Adviser and Government Spokesman, Amjad Adaileh, told a news conference on Sunday. If the occupying regime in al Quds decides to annex Palestinian lands, it will face a response from Jordan and other countries in the region.

Amjad Adaileh also stressed Jordan's efforts to prevent the Zionist regime from joining the new Palestinian territories in the occupied territories.

Earlier, Jordan's King Abdullah II warned that if the Israeli regime occupies parts of the West Bank, it would have a major conflict with Jordan.

The Zionist regime intends to occupy parts of the West Bank of the Jordan River in July and annex it to the occupied territories.

The annexation encompasses over 30 percent of the West Bank. The United States said it was ready to recognize Israel's annexation of much of the occupied West Bank.
