Iran Press/ Middle East: In a short televised message, the Lebanese Prime Minister Hassan Diab called on all friendly and brotherly countries to stand by Lebanon.
"Now is the time to deal with this tragedy, and I call on all countries of the world to help us heal this wound," said the Lebanese prime minister.
Elsewhere, he said those responsible for the dangerous factory explosion in Beirut early today would "pay the price," adding “I promise you that this catastrophe will not pass without accountability."
