Iran Press/Iran news: The speech of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei will be broadcast live on Wednesday at 11:00 AM local time (6:30 GMT) on the website, Instagram, and Twitter of KHAMENEI.IR and the IRIB networks.
The ceremony to mark the anniversary of the demise of the great founder of the Islamic Revolution, which was held every year with the speech of Ayatollah Khamenei in the holy shrine of Imam Khomeini, will not be held this year, according to the health instructions of the National Task Force for Combating Corona.
Ayatollah Ruhollah Mousavi Khomeini, better known as Imam Khomeini, engineered Iran’s 1979 Islamic Revolution, which led to the overthrow of the US-backed Shah of Iran. He passed away on June 3, 1989, at the age of 87.
