Konya (IP) - Iran's women's national table tennis team won the gold medal by defeating Turkey in the final match of the solidarity games of Islamic countries.

Iran Press/ Iran Sports: The final match of the Islamic countries' table tennis was held on Thursday evening in Konya between Iran and Turkey.

The teams of Uzbekistan and Maldives also won a joint bronze medal.
