An Egyptian media reported on Saturday night that following the drone and missile attacks of the Yemeni National Army, the port of Eilat in the south of the occupied territories was evacuated.

Iran Press/ West Asia: The Egyptian network Al-Qahera El Ekhbariya reported that this is the first time that the port of Eilat in the south of occupied Palestine has been empty of ships following the strikes and threats of the Yemeni army.

After the escalation of the Israeli regime's attacks in the Gaza Strip, the Yemeni army declared its full support for the Palestinian people, and during several operations, the port of Eilat in the south of occupied Palestine was targeted by drones and missiles, and Israeli ships destined for the occupied territories were targeted. Yemen has not allowed Israeli ships, as well as other ships bound for the occupied Palestine, to pass through the Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandab Strait.

Earlier, the spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces said that the operation against the ships bound for occupied Palestine and the drone attack on the Eilat region will continue in supporting the people of Gaza.

Pointing out that these operations are in support of the Palestinian nation, the spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces emphasized: "Our operations against Israeli ships or ships bound for the occupied Palestinian ports will continue until medicine and food enter the Gaza Strip." 219
