Iraqi resistance forces launched a drone attack on the Ain al-Assad military base, the location hosting US occupation soldiers.

Iran Press/ West Asia: The Iraqi resistance forces announced that they resumed attacks due to the failure of US soldiers to withdraw from Iraq during the recent visit of Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Shia al-Sudani to Washington.

This attack took place only hours after the Iraqi Hezbollah brigades announced that their armed forces would resume attacks against American forces.

Two days ago, the Iraqi Popular Forces, (Hashd al-Shaabi) organization announced the attack on the Kalso military base located in Al-Anbar province.

Ala Al-Nashi, a representative of the Fatah coalition in the Iraqi parliament, in an interview with the Al-Maluma said: "At the same time as the presence of an Iraqi delegation headed by Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Shia al-Sudani in Washington, the United States is carrying out an aggressive attack against the bases of security forces and Iraqi Popular Forces (al-Hashd al-Shaabi) in Babil Province.

Iraqi Prime Minister Al-Sudani recently visited Washington and discussed the end of the US military mission in this country.

Al-Nashi emphasized that the US aggression against the Iraqi security forces and al-Hashd al-Shaabi was impudence and irresponsibility. 219
