Iran news: According to an Iran Press report, this will be Jeremy Hunt’s first visit to Tehran since he took office on July 9.
Zarif and Hunt previously talked over the phone on November 5, where the UK foreign secretary emphasized the commitment of his country and other parties of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) to the nuclear agreement.
He also urged the prompt implementation of the European Union’s tool for bypassing Iran sanctions, known as Special Purpose Vehicle or SPV, in order to maintain economic collaborations with Iran.
