Iran Press/ Europe: Olga Lyubimova, Minister of Culture of Russia, congratulated the appointment of "Mohammad Mahdi Ismaili" to the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Iran and invited him to participate in the IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum.
"Cultural dialogue between Iran and Russia has an excellent, multifaceted, and deep history and has a positive impact on the overall bilateral cooperation," Lyubimova said in a statement.
Referring to the IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum, the Russian Minister of Culture invited the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance to attend the cultural event, called providing space for open dialogue, free exchange of views, and informal communication within the international cultural community, among important goals of the event.
The IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum. will be held from November 11 to 13, 2021.
