Gambia (IP) - Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian arrived in Banjul, the capital of Gambia on Saturday, to participate in the 15th OIC Heads of State and Government Summit.

Iran PressAfrica: The 15th meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation will be held from May 4 to 5 and will concentrate on "promoting unity and solidarity through dialogue on sustainable development."

The participants discuss various issues and challenges of the Islamic world, especially the issue of Palestine and the current situation in Gaza. 

Also, three documents will be presented to the Council of Foreign Ministers and then the Head of States summit: a draft for the Palestinian resolution, the draft of the Banjul statement, and the draft of the final document of the summit meeting.
