Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Tuesday that 213 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 123,081.

Iran PressIran news: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to October 12, 2021, 5,729,785 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 5,249,956 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 13,391 cases, out of whom 1,869 patients were hospitalized.

5,124 COVID-19 patients are in Intensive Care Units (ICU).

So far, 33,453,887 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, seven cities are red, 108 are orange, 248 are yellow, and 85 are blue zones.

So far, 46,250,501 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 20,778,880 have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 67,029,381 doses.
