Spokesman: IAEA reports indicate reduction in Iran obligations

Tehran (IP) - Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said that all five steps have been taken to reduce JCPOA's obligations, and the IAEA reports are the best source for proving that.

Iran PressIran News: Saeed Khatibzadeh was speaking in response to remarks by some lawmakers that they believe the fourth step to reduce JCPOA's commitments at the Fordow nuclear site has not been implemented.

Khatibzadeh said: "The officials of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization should provide technical and supplementary explanations in this regard, but definitely all the cases of five steps to reduce the obligations of JCPOA, which were announced by the foreign ministry has been fully implemented."

The spokesman added: "What the Islamic Republic of Iran announced in line with the steps to reduce the obligations of JCPOA has been carefully implemented, although measures have been taken as needed. For example, uranium enrichment is done as needed."    104/207
