Iranian scientists progressing in producing anti-corona vaccine

Iran's Minister of Health reported the progress of several Iranian research teams in the production of the Covid-19 vaccine.

Iran Press/Iran News: The Iranian Health Minister Saeed Namaki said the Iranian-made vaccine worked on animals and yielded good results and will be soon experimenting for humans too.

Referring to the activities of 57 research groups to produce the vaccine of Covid-19, Saeed Namaki said Iran is one of the most active countries in international research and participates in a very high number of research cases and results.

The Islamic republic has been struggling to combat the outbreak since announcing its first cases in February.
