Iran Press/Iran News: Speaking on Wednesday evening in the meeting of the specialized committees of the National Task Force for Fighting Coronavirus, Hassan Rouhani stated that the implementation of the resolutions of the task force is very important and decisive and that the officials responsible for implementing these resolutions should take this issue seriously.
He said: "the full implementation of the instructions in all departments and agencies by staff and clients is of particular importance and is effective in combatting the spread of the disease and promoting the culture in this regard".
Referring to the need to accelerate the completion and development of e-government services, the President said that this measure is effective in preventing the spread of the disease and accelerating the backwardness in providing e-services in the country's administrative system and added: "all government service centers need to inform people well about services that can be provided electronically so that people know what services they can get by the e-government, the Internet, telephone or mail".
Rouhani went on to say: "Forcing people to come in person to receive services that can be provided online is a violation by all agencies and violators must be dealt with".

Referring to the need to follow the health instructions, physical distancing and use masks in public transportation, including subways, buses and passenger terminals, and not providing services to people who do not follow the instructions, the President said, "If the instructions are followed seriously and completely, we can seriously curb the spread of the disease even if the behavior of the virus changes".
Rouhani continued that "honorable people should be aware that refraining from holding any family gatherings is an important and necessary principle for combatting coronavirus".
The President also said: "despite some reports of relative progress in the development of effective drugs to combat coronavirus, both at home and abroad, and activities that are underway to develop vaccines in the world, including in Iran with the help of local experts, coronavirus remains a permanent element in people's lives for an indefinite period of time".
Rouhani stated that to create such a lifestyle, we need education, awareness, and persuasion of the public instead of coercion, monitoring, and restriction.
Rouhani also stressed taking advantage of the media and persuasive capacities of the country, including the national media and the Internet to raise awareness through elites.
"Non-governmental groups and organizations will also have an undeniable contribution in creating this convincing atmosphere in the country by designing and implementing social dynamics", Iran's president concluded.
