Iran Press/ Iran News: In a meeting with Russian Ambassador to Tehran Luan Jagarian on Saturday, Chairman of Iran's Culture and Islamic Communications Organization.
In Abuzar Ibrahimi Turkman stressed Iran's readiness to develop cultural relations with Russia, especially in establishing a joint committee for cultural cooperation between the two countries.
Chairman of Iran's Culture and Islamic Communications Organization also said that holding talks on Islam and Orthodox Christianity was very effective.
During the meeting, the Russian Ambassador to Tehran also stressed the need to strengthen religious dialogue in order to reach a common understanding and welcomed the holding of talks on Islam and Orthodox Christianity and the establishment of a joint committee for cultural cooperation.
