Tehran (IP) - President Rouhani stressed the development of relations with Hungary in different political, economic, trade, and cultural fields, voicing Tehran's readiness to deepen bilateral relations in all areas.

Iran Press/Iran News: Speaking at a meeting with the new Ambassador of Hungary to Tehran Zoltan Varga-Haszonits on Wednesday while receiving his letter of credence, President Hassan Rouhani described Hungary as Iran's friend in Europe, adding: "The relations between the two countries have always been good and friendly, and we hope that these ties further deepen during your mission."

"We are ready to develop trade relations with Hungary," Rouhani said, adding: "We should encourage commercial and economic companies in both countries to develop economic relations." 

At the same meeting, the Ambassador of Hungary to Tehran presented his letter of credence to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran and stated that the development and deepening of bilateral relations in various political, economic and cultural fields is his main priority during his mission in Iran and added: "I will do my best for the realization of this goal."
