Tehran (IP) - The spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry extended his sincerest health wishes for his Mexican counterpart following his development of COVID-19 disease.

Iran Press/Iran News: On Friday, Iranian Ambassador to Mexico Mohammad Taghi Hosseini wrote on Twitter, referring to his contact with the Iranian Foreign Ministry's spokesman on Twitter, in which Seyed Abbas Mousavi wished Roberto Velasco Alvarez, the spokesman to Mexican Foreign Minister, who suffers from corona, good health, and speedy recovery.

Hosseini also expressed hope that the COVID-19 crisis would end soon.

The Mexican foreign ministry spokesman announced on Thursday that he had developed the coronavirus.

In the past few days, an official of the Mexican presidential office died from the virus infection.
