Tehran (IP) - Iran's Judiciary Chief described the allegations made by the US and some European countries that 'the launch of the Iranian satellite Noor was contrary to international resolutions' as false.

Iran PressIran News: Speaking in a Supreme Council of Judicial Officials meeting on Monday, Iran's Judiciary Chief Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi praised the IRGC's action, describing it as a manifestation of 'Surge in Production' in science and technology.

"The IRGC should not pay attention to this fuss, rather should continue the path with more power," he said.

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) successfully launched Iran's first military satellite into the orbit on April 22.

Some European and American officials claimed that Iran's missile launch violated Resolution 2231.

Noor', as the first military satellite of the Islamic Republic of Iran, was launched on April 22 and placed into the orbit at an altitude of 425 km.

This is considered as a great achievement in the Iranian space industry.
