Iran Press/ Iran news: Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan had a telephone consultation with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Monday.
In this phone call, they discussed bilateral relations and the latest developments in the region, as well as the consequences of increased tension.
The Israeli regime, with the support of the United States, launched a devastating war against the residents of the Gaza Strip from October 7, 2023 (15 Mehr 1402), as a result of which, in addition to the massive destruction and deadly famine, more than 43 thousand Palestinians, most of whom are women and children, were killed, and more than one hundred thousand people were injured.
The Israeli army has also launched massive attacks on various areas of southern Lebanon since Mehr 2, 1403 (September 23, 2024). According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, more than 2,700 martyrs have been killed in these attacks.
