IP - Iran's Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi on Wednesday before departing Riyadh for Doha met Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) and they had a "Very important discussion on critical issues of common concern".

Iran Press/ West Asia: Araghchi, traveled to Saudi Arabia for diplomatic consultations on developments in the region, on Wednesday evening and met with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Saudi Arabia.

Iran and Saudi Arabia can "help bring security and stability to the region," Iran's Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi posted on X.

“The Israeli regime is dragging the whole region into a catastrophe. Insight, wisdom, courage, and cooperation are what the region needs to overcome this challenging time”, he added in the post.

Araghchi following meetings with his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan met Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) on Wednesday. 

Iran's FM Araghchi and his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan had discussions concerning the latest developments in the region and talked about the way to terminate the Israeli regime's war on Gaza and Lebanon and deliver humanitarian aid to the refugees as soon as possible.

The two foreign ministers reviewed the latest state of bilateral relations and stressed the continuation of strengthening the relations in various political, security, and economic fields.

Iran FM departed Riyadh for Doha Wednesday night.
