Iran Press/ Iran news: The Civil Aviation Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on Monday, announced that "Hossein Pourfarzaneh", the head of the civil aviation organization, and "Abdullah Bin Saud Al-Anzi", the ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Tehran, in a meeting discussed the expansion of air transportation cooperation, facilitation of passenger traffic and tourist and commercial flights.
Recently, "Hasan Zarangar", the Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in a meeting with "Raed Ibrahim Al-Madihim", the head of the board of directors of the city's airports, emphasized the need to develop cooperation between the two countries in the field of air transportation and increase flights.
In this meeting, the parties emphasized the necessity of developing cooperation between the two countries in the field of air transportation and increasing flights, referring to the journey of Iranian pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims to Saudi Arabia and the cancellation of visas for Saudi nationals to travel to Iran.
Also, in this meeting, "Hasan Zarangar" and "Raed Ebrahim Al-Madihim" pointed out the importance of air transportation in the expansion of economic and commercial cooperation between Iran and Saudi Arabia, as well as the increase of tourists.
Al-Madihim also welcomed his country's cooperation with Iran and emphasized the efforts of the government and people of Saudi Arabia, as well as the Jeddah Airport, to provide the best services to the pilgrims of God's House.
