Tehran (IP) - In a meeting with Iran’s envoy to Serbia Rashid Hassanpour, the Serbian Foreign Minister stressed that his country advocates developing ties with Iran in any condition.

Iran PressEurope: In the meeting held on Friday, Ivica Dacic said that the relations between Iran and Serbia have always been friendly along with mutual respect, appreciating Iran’s support of Serbia’s territorial integrity despite the pressures.

Dacic extended condolence over the deaths caused by the corona outbreak in Iran and expressed hope that with the condition turned normal, grounds are prepared for the economic cooperation of the two countries.

The Iranian envoy for his part pointed to the developing ties between the two countries and noted that Iran supports the exchange of delegations and consultations with Serbia at any level. 

Rashid Hassanpour also said the Serbian President’s trip to Iran in the near future can open a new chapter of relations between the two countries.

The two sides also discussed the strengthening of bilateral ties in educative, cultural, and economic areas.
