Iran Press/ Iran News: Iraj Haririchi on Monday night at the meeting of the provincial task force for combating Corona in Hormozgan added: "In the first days of the Corona outbreak, there were many concerns in the country, which fortunately with the good performance of the healthcare staff, we were able to manage this crisis."
He noted that social distancing, school closures, suspension of rallies, and travel restrictions have been among the effective measures of Iran in the fight against COVID- 19.
Haririchi went on to say that currently, social distancing, isolation of infected patients and quarantine of people close to these patients are the most important strategies of the Ministry of Health to control and stop the transmission of the Coronavirus.
He pointed out that medical universities of the provincial capitals are in charge of this responsibility, but in order to succeed in this matter, other institutions must also have the necessary and sufficient cooperation and interaction.
"Until a definitive cure for the virus is found, we need to take health protocols seriously and get used to this lifestyle," the official said. 207
