Iran Press/Iran News: The name of strait comes from the growth of fennel flowers (Razianeh in Persian) in this area, which has given it outstanding natural beauty.
The Strait of Razianeh, curved by a river, is 3 km long, up to 6 m wide and attains a depth of 30 meters.
The strait was registered in the list of Iran's national and natural monuments in the 1388 Iranian calendar (March 2009-March 2010).
The Strait of Razianeh is one of the most beautiful and pristine tourist destinations in the western province of Ilam, which is not hosting tourists this year due to the coronavirus outbreak.
