Iran Press/ Iran news: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press, Brigadier General Kioumars Heydari stated that the Army's motto is to stand by people and serve them because it is an Islamic and ethical duty to accompany people in their grief, happiness and in crisis and in natural phenomenon.
"This is the Army's approach," he underlined.
General Heydari said: "Iran's Army is capable of meeting the needs of itself and the society with producing masks, disinfectants, and sanitizers and many of its tailoring sections sewing military uniforms now have been shifted to mask-producing ones."
The official highlighted that the efforts, services, and the Army's defensive equipment, capabilities in fighting coronavirus along with Iranian scientists during the COVID-19 outbreak have strengthened the army's capabilities and power.
Elsewhere, the high ranking military official stressed that Iranian women are accompanying the Army to produce masks and sanitizers.
