Iran Press/Iran news: Seyyed Abbas Mousavi, describing the measures taken by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the removal of obstacles to the fight against the Coronavirus, said, "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as the rotating president of the Non-Aligned Movement, called on the member states to oppose US unilateral sanctions."
Non-Aligned Movement countries were called for urging the United States to lift its unilateral sanctions against Iran in order to combat the Coronavirus as a global problem.
The spokesman, referring to the irresponsibility of some members of the NAM, said, "Unfortunately, some of its member states, including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Morocco, and ... have formally opposed the statement and the consensus of the Non-Aligned Movement has disappeared." 101
