The Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman appreciated the aid sent by Uzbekistan, United Arab Emirates, and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) to fight the Coronavirus outbreak.

Iran Press/Iran news: In a tweet on Monday, Seyyed Abbas Mousavi thanked the senders of the medical aid and noted that the Islamic Republic will never forget those who helped Iran in such a difficult situation through their humanitarian aid. 

On Monday, 3 shipments of medical aid were sent to Iran from Uzbekistan, United Arab Emirates, and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).

The spokesman earlier announced that in addition to aid from China, Turkey, Germany, France and the Britain, cash and medical supplies were received from Japan, Qatar, the Republic of Azerbaijan and Russia.

In Iran, 4996 patients from all 14,991 infected patients diagnosed to coronavirus so far, have recovered and discharged from hospitals across the country.
