IRGC provides people with medical, healthcare packages

Tehran (IP) - Commander of the Seyed-al-Shohada corps Hasan Hassan Zadeh said that IRGC force stans by people in providing the necessary items to fight coronavirus outbreak

 

Iran Press/Iran news: Brigadier Hassan Hassanzadeh commander of IRGC Seyyeda Shohada Headquarters said: Recently our country is facing a Coronavirus crisis. In this regard, as the leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has urged, a couple of weeks ago, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Tehran has started to help people in this condition to contain the coronavirus outbreak.

Brigadier Hassanzadeh added that IRGC with the help of Basij took action to form 1500 task forces in both the production and distribution of masks, antibacterial gels, and disinfections.

They have also prepared packages that include subsistence items and health goods and are distributing among families in suburban. Today, 25000 medical, health packages and 25000 subsistence packages are distributing in the neighborhoods in needs identified by the task force. Brigadier Hassanzadeh said.

"In the near future, we will also give information to families when these packages to fight coronavirus are distributed, the top military official concluded.

Today (March 15) Brigadier General Hassan Hassanzade in an exclusive interview with  Iran Press on the sideline of the IRGC distribution aid package said that IRGC is active in both prevention and treatment of patients and will continue its activity.

He added that IRGC’s hospitals are providing different vital services to the people.

Brigadier General Hassanzade said, "Basij has been active in the production of masks and antiseptic gels in different provinces and will be in charge of distribution too.
