Tehran (IP) - Head of Iran's Medical Council has highlighted Iran's medical capabilities to provide medical services to patients and medical tourists from Persian Gulf littoral states.

Iran Press/Iran news: On the sideline of Second International Congress on Cardiac Anesthesia (used to induce unconsciousness during heart surgery) held at Razi Conference Hall in Tehran on Wednesday, Mohammadreza Zafarghandi stated the importance of medical exchanges and exchange of medical staff with other countries, drawing attention to the vital work of doctors and medical personnel who save human lives.

Zafarghandi, in an exclusive interview with Iran Press, also emphasized the importance of communications and interaction between the healthcare services of Iran and other countries.

The official stressed that medical sciences are advancing all the time and the entire world is trying to advance in science (particularly medical science), so we must also update our science and transfer Iran's latest achievements in various arenas internationally, and this is the reason the Medical Congress on Cardiac Anesthesia is being held in Tehran.
