Iran Press/ Iran news: The two sides also discussed the challenges ahead of the two countries' relations as well as the ways of expanding economic cooperation, Iran Press reported.
Earlier on Saturday, on its first day of the 4-day trip, the Georgian delegation met with the head of parliament friendship group of Iran and Georgia Ahmad Alireza Beigi, talking over the ways of improving mutual cooperation through parliamentary capacities of the two countries.
The delegation is to have talks with other high ranking Iranian officials including members of parliament's commission of National Security and Foreign Policy as well as some of the economic commissions, and, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, Ministers of Industry, Mining, and Commerce,Reza Rahmani, Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts, Ali Asghar Mounesan and Tehran mayor Pirouz Hanachi .
