In continuation of the consecutive thefts of Syrian resources by American soldiers, on Saturday 45 oil tankers were stolen from Al-Hasaka province located in the northeast of Syria.

Iran PressMiddle East: The US occupying forces, who are illegally present in the east and northeast of Syria, are still stealing the country's national resources, especially oil.

Local sources present in al-Hasaka province located in northeastern Syria told the official Syrian news agency (SANA) that American terrorist soldiers stole 45 oil tankers from this area and transferred them to Iraqi Kurdistan through the illegal Al-Mahmoudi crossing.

Local sources from al-Yarubiyah countryside told SANA reporter that the US occupation forces removed oil tankers to their bases in northern Iraq, through the illegal al-Mahmudiyah crossing in the far eastern countryside of al-Hasaka on the border with Iraq.

Time and again US military load tanker trucks with Syrian oil and move it to their bases in northern Iraq.

The Syrian government describes the presence of the US troops on its soil as occupation and has called for their immediate withdrawal in order to be able to exercise its sovereignty over the entire country.
