Iran Press/ Europe: Inter Milan won the 76th edition of the Coppa Italia by beating Fiorentina 2-1 in the final in Rome. For Inter Milan, this is the ninth victory in the Italian Cup out of fifteen finals.
At the Stadio Olimpico, Fiorentina took the lead in the third minute through Nico Gonzalez. After about 20 minutes, Inter had equalized through Lautaro Martinez, and their comeback was then completed before the break with another Martinez goal. In the second half, Fiorentina had tried to equalize, especially in the last twenty minutes, but only came within seconds, amid missed chances and decisive saves from Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic. 219
