Today, Sunday, May 21, (Ordibehesht 31), and equal to the first of Dhi Al-Qaeda in 1444 AH, is designated as National Girls' Day in Iran.

Iran PressIran news: Iranians throughout the country celebrated National Girl’s Day which marks the birthday anniversary of Hazrat Fatemeh Ma’soumeh, the daughter of the seventh Imam Musa al-Kadhim.

Hazrat Fatemeh Ma’soumeh was a knowledgeable girl whose shrine is located in Qom and is respected and visited by Iranians.

Many Iranian families cherish their daughters by giving gifts to them.
