Tehran (IP)- The Oil Ministry is committed to protecting knowledge-based and environmentally friendly projects, according to Iran's oil minister.

Iran PressIran News: Javad Owji visited the Self-Sufficiency Pavilion of the National Iranian Gas Company on the final day of the 27th Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition in Tehran, where he pledged support for domestic companies presenting such plans.

Owji expressed satisfaction with the exhibition's turnout, which saw over 1,500 domestic and 200 foreign companies participate.

He praised the ministry's engineering department for naming imported products and services that will now be supplied by Iranian manufacturers.

This year, more than 150 previously imported products are being produced domestically.

The four-day exhibition began on Wednesday and ends today.
