Tehran-IP: The chairman of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) said that "there is a great demand for Iran's gas exports from Oman, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and other neighboring and European countries.

Iran PressIran news: Holding a press brief on May 18, 2023, Majid Chegini said: "Gas export generates income for the country, and if we can export it, it will also bring security, political, and economic issues, and in fact, it is considered an important advantage."

He further noted: We must try to optimize the gas consumption in the country so that we can meet the demands of neighboring and European countries.

He said that with wise consumption, Iranians can overcome chilling and challenging winters.
