Tehran (IP)) Iran's Minister of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) reported the utilization of the optical fiber plan today (Wednesday) in the country.

Iran PressIran news: On the sidelines of the cabinet session on Wednesday, May 17, Isa Zarepour told reporters that the plan is ready to cover 100 cities in the country for 3 million people.

Zarepour said that until the end of the current Persian year, the optical fiber service will cover up to 10 million households. 

He noted that with the nationwide coverage of the project, in all cities and villages, mobile communication antennas will also be activated through optical fiber.

The ICT minister said that all the people in the country will have enjoyed the optical fiber service after the next three years.
